Achievements

• Media Centre & Community Radio Station: Established the Media Centre and Community Radio Station at RPCAU, Pusa, and initiated innovative programs such as Krishi Connection for the farming community.
• Agri-Innovation & Incubation Centre: Serving as the Faculty In-charge of the Agri-Innovation & Incubation Centre and mentoring incubatees to foster agricultural entrepreneurship.
• Agricultural Museum: Set up an Agricultural Museum at RPCAU, Pusa, showcasing the history of Pusa, along with its technologies, patents, models, and other significant contributions.
• MOOCs: Developed and offered two MOOCs on Entrepreneurship and Conservation Agriculture in collaboration with BAU Sabour, IIT Kanpur, and the Commonwealth of Learning, Canada.
• Training Programs: Organized six ICAR-sponsored Summer/Winter Schools, CAFT, and short courses for faculty members from across the country.

Notable Awards and Recognitions:

• Received the Best Teacher Award (2017) from BAU, Sabour.
• Recieved Dr. Gopalji Trivedi Extension Professional Award from BAU, Sabour.
• Received Jawaharlal Nehru ICAR Award for Outstanding Doctoral Thesis.
