NOTICE

Department of Agricultural Research and Education has approved the implementation of Career Advancement Scheme for the teachers/scientists of the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa and has been published in the gazette of India (No. 262 dated 9^th July, 2018) and details are also available on the University Website (www.rpcau.ac.in). The scheme is effective from 7^th October, 2016 (date of notification of RPCAU). However all the teachers/scientific staff whose due date of promotion is before this date will be evaluated by this system if they give their consent in the prescribed proforma.

Applications in prescribed proforma (available on the University website) in 06 copies are invited from teachers/ scientists who were on University roll after 31.12.2008 and whose promotions are due between 01.01.2009 and 31.05.2019, and are willing to be evaluated by the system published in the gazette.

Candidates are advised to go through the OO No. II/Estt./CAS/01/2018/515/RPCAU dated 29.09.2018 (Memo No. 974 dated 29.09.2018) of Director Administration before filling the form. Application must be complete and all relevant documents (self certified) and consent for evaluation by the system published in the gazette must be enclosed with the application. Please ensure that documents pertain only to the period of assessment and due date is correctly written. Any application having documents before or after the assessment period will be rejected forthwith and no representation will be entertained.

Last date for submission of the application to the respective Deans/ Directors/ Controlling Officer is 31^st May, 2019.

Concerned Dean/ Director/ Controlling Officer shall after proper scrutiny and required certificate will forward the application to the Deputy Registrar (Establishment) so as to reach his office on or before 15^th June, 2019.

Incomplete application forms, forms received after last date and forms without consent for evaluation by the system published in the gazette (No. 262 dated 9^th July, 2018) will not be evaluated.
